How are you guys checking IMEI numbers for clean phones and icloud status now that apple removed the icloudchecker website? I only deal with phones and make a alright side income but this is making it a pain in my ass.

how can paypal take the fees if the ebay case was decided in your favor? isnt that "illegal"? now that paypal is no longer an ebay company, i wonder if they can get away with doing this. i would call paypal and let them know the ebay case was decided in your favor, and the credit card charge back is not your problem.—Layin off the sauce since 1983–

I need an ebay brah to help me out, in return I can throw them $25 per sale. They just list the item for me, and I will ship it to their buyer. basically I got ****ed on ebay and my account is no longer "above standard" ..so in return my listing no longer appears on page 1 like it used to in the search results.
if you'd like to know more, message me, if your account has 75+ feedback, 99%+ positive, and seller rating is above standard. I can guarantee atleast two sales a week. That's $50 for u basically just to host my listing.Shredded or Death

Has anyone tried suing the buyer through small claims court in order to recover the cost of the "stolen" item? Is it just a waste of time?
Or should I sue PP instead?

Hi,
I just went to China (gf is Chinese) and want to make contact with someone in America (as I am in Australia and the purchasing power of Australians is a too small a market to sell alot of products too) who buys alot of goods and sells online.
China has a policy in which goods are burned every year for various reasons, mostly tax purposes. Some people decide not to burn these products and keep them instead, (illegal). Products range differently from month to month. From nikes, luxury bags, laptops etc.
At the moment there is many pairs of one brand of shoes sitting in a warehouse, which i personally visited myself. I will tell the brand over PM, not here.
If anyone is interested let me know. I can try to sell the goods individually but would prefer to sell these products and future products I receive to a few individuals. Most likely I only want to deal with people on here who have a good reputation.

I'm done selling on eBay other the stuff I can afford to lose. So much BS there and with the evil twin PP these days. eBay's one-sided policy of all sellers are "guilty as charged, period" is encouraging scammers and abusive buyers to game the system with bogus SNAD claims for free stuff or trying things out without consequence. You can appeal all you want but they won't listen or bother to review the cases. They won't care even if you clearly sold apples and the buyer thinks he bought oranges and files SNAD. This kind of nonsense gets to you after a while.

OK, is it true the auto-relist option is only for beginners and those below standard? My auto-relist box disappeared a few week ago and i've had to manually relist my items if they don't sell after a month. I've asked Ebay a couple of times about this question and they said it's because i'm not a beginner anymore and i'm not below standard. Is this true?? Why would they punish you for doing a good job?... i don't know it doesn't make sense.

UK brah here.
Is there a way I could make an ebay business using my HGV and HIAB license? (Truck and crane license for US Brahs) for example do you reckon there would be a profit if I was able to buy something in bulk(materials for driveways? As an example) and then I rent out a truck and deliver it myself straight to there garden. I'm not really sure what I could deliver but with a truck I'm able to deliver really heavy sh*t and I'd be able to keep more profit if im delivering it locally.
Thanks for any help just wanting extra income on the side.WRB :)

Just got the message eBay is setting the groundwork to get rid of PayPal.
fkin lol at believing this will reduce seller fees. I also wouldn't be surprised if this change drove buyers away.
eBay is happy to announce plans to further improve the customer experience by intermediating payments on our Marketplace platform. In doing so, eBay will manage the payments flow, simplifying the end-to-end experience for both buyers and sellers. We have signed an agreement with Adyen, a leading global payments processor, to become our primary payments processing partner. PayPal, a long-time eBay partner, will be a payments option at checkout for eBay buyers.
You do not need to take any action at this time. The transition to full payments intermediation will be a multi-year journey.
Over the past three years, eBay has transformed its business to drive the best choice, most relevance and most powerful selling platform. Building out our payments capabilities is the next step in that strategy.
Payments intermediation will bring significant benefits for eBay sellers. You can expect a simplified pricing structure, more predictable access to funds, and most sellers can expect their costs of payments processing to be reduced. We’re also working on ways to provide sellers a central place to track and manage their business, which can soon include payments information.
By offering buyers more choice in how they pay and expanding payment options into more geographies, eBay believes sellers will be able to reach more buyers and improve conversion.
The transition to full payments intermediation will be a multi-year journey. eBay will begin intermediation on a small scale in North America starting in the second half of 2018, expanding in 2019 under the terms of the Operating Agreement with PayPal. In 2021, we expect to have transitioned a majority of Marketplace customers to the new payments experience.
Again, you do not need to take any action at this time. As eBay gets closer to the initial phase of its intermediation efforts, we will share more details about this process and next steps for sellers. In the meantime, please read the eBay Inc announcement for further information. For any immediate questions or to share feedback, please email paymentsinfo@ebay.com.
We’re looking forward to what’s next, and to getting there with you.
As always, thank you for selling on eBay.

Amazon is pricing out the little guy so there is zero competition except Prime Warehouse. Ebay is still good just gotta wait a few months to get sales. Take awesome pictures with great descriptions you can sell big ticket items easily. Be sure to put “Final Sale No Returns What You See is What You Get“

sup dude, you still doing the cell phone thing?
my main biz is a niche shop on Etsy and I also have been flipping industrial goods on ebay lately. Haven't touched Amazon since 2015, cluster fuk of bottom chasers and people leaching/stealing ideas and listings.
to answer Mr. Fu Fu, ebay is doing great right now. Honestly Ebay has been the most consistent selling platform for the past 10-15 years.

I have not done any flipping for years, been too busy with other ventures.
I have also been running an Etsy shop for the past 4 years, over 10,000 orders with a $70 product
Oddly enough, I bought a storage unit at an auction out of convenience since its close to my office and I have a storage unit there already. Some real storage wareBay buy & flip crew

Are you me? I'm closing in on 8k orders on Etsy.
I buy a storage unit maybe 1-2 times per year because that's how long it takes for me to forgot how much it sucks digging through a bunch of junk and hauling all that chit out of there. Still selling stuff from the last one I bought during the summer.
I'm closing on my first real estate flip this week, I'm always trying to diversify and find new ways to make that $$$ and there is a ton of money being made flipping houses here in my area.
