Its sad though, some fat people are just a product of their parents habits. This past weekend I was at Olive Garden and at the table next to me there was a couple (each of them probably 300+) with a cute little girl (probably like 3-4 years old). The only thing I could think of was whether or not that little girl will end up fat and just from seeing it all too often I can safely say there is a 75% (if not more) chance that she will. I feel bad for her because she really has no choice and she will most likely adopt her parents habits.

It's easier to be fat and non active than fit and active.

Plus most people do not really care about the way they look, as long as they are not obese of course, and focus on things that are more important to them such as their work, family etc.

Is it not really that hard to eat at least "normal" and even just walk. Yea. I gotcha there. But, some people are living on minimum wage, food stamps, and etc. so they have to eat garbage and can't afford gym memberships. I'm not trying to dis you. I think your actually genuinely just angry about them not living up to their full potential and taking care of themselves. Like, you just want the best for people. Which I agree, people should strive for the best. But, if they won't you just have to accept it and be tolerant anyways. Maybe if a muscular guy like you is nice to them it will inspire them to be like you and become more healthy and active? You never know...
