I love how the RH attachment mounts under the middle of the pad, not at the very end. I hate that about the Rogue version. It essentially adds an extra 3 feet to the length of the rack. The fold away feature is awesome too.

This is why i asked mech to make one that would not take too much space. I did not have enough room for 3 foot long reverse hyper attachment. This one is really short and when folded, it takes no room as shown in pictures. I just loose the walk through thing but it is not a big downside considering i have the benefit of adding a complete reverse hyper.

Thanks for the video! Goodness gracious, that monolift is drop dead gorgeous, I needs to get me one of those. I wouldn't mind that reverse hyper either . It's amazing that your already awesome gym can still be upgraded like this - a real testament to Mech6 .

There is always some room for upgrading in a home gym. It all depends on budget. I have invested a lot of money in this setup and i am happy with it so far. I will use it for many years!

One thing. I think you could setup 2" lower, so then you could just drop forward, and get the bar back into the hooks without walking forward. I know when I go heavy, the bar ends up lower than while I'm warming up. I usually have the bar around 2-3" above my nipples in the rack. Bottom of bar at 53" from floor, medium stance. So hole 24 or 25 on your setup. Something to think of. It's a different setup that j-hooks, takes a bit of time to get used to it.

yeah i know the monolifts were a little high when doing the video. It was the first time that i was using them. I will lower them when i will be using them next time with more weight

A little test on the monolifts, 875lbs barbell and still work great. Even with my bodyweight hanging so total 1090lbs still working!

still there, on the back of this pic in front of the mirrors. Mech modified it to add a half rack on the front of the machine. I will never sell this machine. With mechs modifications it is awesome. very versatile.
