    Exclamation HIIT vs Regular Cardio

I have a huge question, id like to start a HIIT program, but was wondering if i can do HIIT and regular cardio combined, or would that offset the HIIT results? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

HIIT doesn't really provide enough extra benefits for me to bother with. Anyway, HIIT is only really HIIT if you are on the cusp of vomiting/passing out. What 99.99% of people do is only interval training thinking its HIIT.

No, combining HIIT and regular cardio could lead to a heart attack, stroke, diabeetus, or death. I highly suggest you don't combine the two.

I wouldnt do HIIT and reg. cardio in the same session, im talking about HIIT 4 days a week and reg cardio 2 days a week. Is it a all or nothing program or can you balance it out.
