    45-60 minutes is ideal. If you're longer in there you are probably not training with intensity or overtraining.

    I do 4(sets)x10-12(reps)x4(exercises) takes me around an hour then I usually do 20 minutes of cardio.

    false. i like to take a couple minutes between each set to make sure im at my best. also my split is an upper/lower to for an upper day i can be in their for a good amount of time lifting good amount of weight for me. so you cantt really judge the intensity by how short your time is.

    On Sunday I started a push/pull/legs routine of about 5 excercises per workout and 45 sec rest in between sets with VERY slow form. Intensity is through the roof. Finish up with 10 min HIIT. feelsgoodman.jpg.

    I feel like any pump or strength I got is gone after about 45 mins of lifting. Maybe its just cutting or not taking supplements but I don't I see people getting better results if they lift for 1.5 hrs+ in any case
