Crossfit doesn't kill. People do. Wut?
No one doubts that heavy squats or oly lifts fry the CNS.
Swimming, track, cross country, wrestling... Each of those sport seasons lasted 3-4 months and left me burnt out and exhausted at the end of it and ready to stop and do something else. When competing, you have to go apesh!t like that dolphin motherf*cker Phelps otherwise you're just jackin off in the pool.
I ate more during swim season to maintain weight than any other sport season. I weighed 145-155 and I probably ate as much as I do now at 220.
Nah. Having done both, I have to disagree.
I actually have a groupon for a chiropractor exam followed by an hour massage. Gonna feel damn good.
I hope you deadlifted.
I pick things up and put them down.
Be safe.Planted like a tree beside the river of truth.
