Of course one cannot spot reduce and that abs are made in the kitchen (after lifting heavy compounds throughout the week)....but seriously man lower ab vascularity just looks awesome.
How do I acheive this?

I hate that phrase "abs are made in the kitchen" abs are made in the gym, but it does take a spot-on diet to get the veins to show in the lowers. It took me 17 weeks this last time before mine started popping...

I have visible lower ab veins in the 10% range - it's going to be different for everyone. As for how you get them - direct ab work paired with fat loss (fat loss is by far the most important).
But yeah, abs are cooked in the kitchen - not the gym. Working out will increase the size, but you'll never see an ab without first getting control of your diet.

Guys who never do direct ab work will have visible abs once they lose the requisite fat. Guys who always do ab work but never lose the fat never see abs. It's pretty straightforward.
I'm not disagreeing that working your abs doesn't improve appearance, make them more visible, and make having visible abs at higher percentages possible - but you aren't ever going to see them until you lose the fat - regardless of how much you build them.

That's total BS! My abs show around 16% and it's mostly because I've built them. Dieting helps them to look more defined, SURE!
Agreed! a little of both...
This is my point exactly, no one ever applies this logic to the rest of the body.**PUREBLOOD FOR LIFE CREW**

some guys can be as low as it gets bodyfat wise, and not have the veins, It's all genetics man, some people refer to it as "good genes" or whatever, but imo, it's not a bad or even a good thing, It's what one person see's it as, for example, I don't like it, so for me its a bad thing, but too bad I have it, all my veins are apparance, in my arm, forearm, Neck, chest, abs, my legs, everywhere, my veins are just sticking out even if i'm not working out.
also my hands (Near the wrist) if you see it, you'd think i'm so old, I dunno thats how I see it, its all jumpy veins everywhere, its terrible in my eyes.

Veins are genetic. You can accentuate them by staying hydrated and cutting fat, but how large they are and where they are located is genetic. Cut fat is the only real answer to seeing vascularity. Everyone is and will always be different. If it helps to see a number though, you need to be 6.853% body fat for proper veinage. (Just playin, but you get the point?)

I got lower belly fat & love handles still but I got some veins on my obliques running down my torso.
It boggles my mind how I can be vascular all over my body & still have a good 10lbs of extra fat to loose.
Probably a little more.
Hell, I got veins on my shoulders & upper chest.
Then some moobage around the nipples. LOL!
