    Thanks man! hopefully improving my DB will carryover to my BB and I can hit 140/300 lbs sometime within the next year and a bit
    BF % of kings I'm usually around 194 so about 9 lbs to drop and I should be fairly lean.
    When I bulk im gonna get that damn 315 FS tho
