Still here. Kiddo 1 had strep. Kiddo 2 some sinus allergy crap.

3 mos old that snots on you and can't breathe everytime she breast feeds or tries to sleep =not fun.

Now I'm getting run down with something. Super.

    Sooo I had Arby's.

Highlight reel of training this past week:

3rm attempt front squat for a competition coming up in February

    200x2 failed the 3rd I'll get it
    140x3 push press
    135x3 thruster

Weight is hovering over 147 this week.
Hoping to get into consistent 145s next week.

Trying to still figure out imaging uploading full potato annoyed.

    Happy weekend peeps!

Ya I feel that the Hammer Strength back machines hit my back better than most things. I typically have a hard time feeling barbell row even with squeezing my lats.

    1/27/16

    Bench
    225 x 5 x 5sets, 315 x 5 x 1set, 355 x 3 x 1 set, 380 x 5 x 1set. I'll consider this my new PR since coming back from everything.

    Seated Shoulder Press
    135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 175 x 5, 135 x 5

    JM Press
    225 x 6, 255 x 6, 275 x 6

    Dip machine
    150 x 15 x 3

    Rope press downs
    72.5 x 10 x 3

    Lat raises
    35 x 10 x 3

    Ab machine
    130 x 30 x 3

    Rotator cuff work
    5lbs stuff

    Various leg rehab things

Starting to throw in leg stuff almost everyday now since I can't lift enough to be sore. It's more about just using the muscles in general to get things going again at this point. Weighed 264.0 thus morning. I'd like to just stay at this weight and work on getting my legs going again for now. At this point since my leg rehab has taken WAY longer than I thought my only goal for the transformation is to come out having made progress when it's over.

Solid benching all things considered. I'm sure that number will go up nicely when you're able to plant your feet again.

What does a typical day of eating look like to hit those macros? I haven't been worrying too much about macros lately and just keeping to a calorie goal with a focus on lean meats but when I did I found it hard to get over 200g of protein without multiple shakes

I'll put down what I eat at the end of today. I usually don't do my macros as a whole, just the cals and protein, but I can break them out pretty easily. The 340grams was way higher than normal mostly because I had 8oz of dried meat on hand.

I just used the nutrition labels to add things, the total macros don't end up equaling the calories quite right.
