Hey guys, had a little slip up with some chocolate chips today. I thought they were low carb, mom switched the bags/; Sabatoge! I am about to use that sugar to pump out 1x30, 1x25, 1x20, 1x15, 1x10, 1x5 squats though. Hope everyone's day is going good. Will post weigh in and pics later on.

Add as much muscle as I can without becoming a blob is the short and long term, place in my class in July of next year is the longer term.
I actually thought about recomping, but it is already hard to add muscle as a women. I think I will just tough it out and bulk. I will hopefully be getting another bodpod this month. or early next month. I know with keto, I can add muscle and use up my body fat, so I think it will workoutCompeting this August with the NPC.

-Kinda fell off the wagon here. I found out that I will have to cut down to 15-18 percent for a photo shoot in late August/early September. I also started my sponsored Nutrex log today. The protein consumption kinda threw me overboard on calories, but not on the carbs. Sooo. I think I am safe. Here goes.
