I think i'm gonna go ahead and get that cert. Don't exactly know the real "point" of it though. because you still can't really guide their nutrition as we are not dieticians.

It's good just to have the knowledge for yourself, everyone's weak point is usually going to be in nutrition. But yeah the test wasn't bad but I bought the book separately and skimming through that during the test helped a lot. I also made a study guide that I could send to whoever is interested.

As for the cert, it provides really good insight into the scientific part of nutrition. I don't feel that it's really applicable to clients. Currently reading Girth Control by Alan Aragon and it's a lot more helpful for me.
