The other guy trains with the same weights as Yates, this is amazing.

I bet this becomes annoying pretty fast. But maybe he also has a few other sentences and changes them every workout for more variety.

vid was ok... I haven't finished yet, but all the screaming and **** for ****ing cable cross overs, curls, leg extensions, ect is a little much.

Great video. Blood and Guts is a damn hardcore workout. With that kind of intensity you're either going to be the best or get injured all the time (or both). I got tired just watching it. If you come across any other training videos (especially any of the Guntermania type) be sure to let us know!

I like Yates, he looked great in his era, but I personally do not see the benefit from screaming, I actually hate it when someone screams or says something while I am trying to lift something because it's annoying and it usually breaks my concentration while I am lifting. I don't believe that yelling denotes intensity, sometimes it "IS" just plain annoying. Whatever gets him psyched though, more power to them, the man did win 6 Olympias.
