I was shooting for Oct 24th but I think I hit 9% and I completely crashed, could barely do basic activities, such as hiking and cruising, so decided to start lean bulking Oct 12th, so I'm only posting pics up till Oct 12th, but been filling out nicely since then and will post progress in the future. Forgot to mention my weight lol... 171lb to 158lb 5'10

Aug 23rd, Sept 17th, Sept 24th & Oct 12th, guess the bf % lol but clearly see changes from soft to grainy and more angular.
Multi, creatine, glutamine, Whey, benedryl(for anxiety) (just started 5htp & Aswaganda)
Get a white board, become accountable = profit...
Took about 15 weeks total, took about 10 weeks to see real changes... went from people saying I was too skinny I didn't need to lose weight, to thinking I gained weight. lmao, I lost muscle for sure during this cut but very minimal amount. Was an overwhelming incredibly successful cut.
THERE ARE NO SECRETS <---------------- Consistency is key.

Thanks, trying to lean bulk but last few days have been eating extra, have to find balance still.. and my cousin broke his toe so he is off work, so we are just spending extra time together while we still can, no homo.
Started at 1800 calories, near end of cut it was 2,200 lol roughly 1lb a week.FS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL

thanks but the transition to lean bulk sucked. I felt like I had no control.. just now regaining control but gained 2lbs of fat for sure.
When everything takes like candy not even an exaggeration... I was eating 3000ish calories for a week now I'm going back down to 2700 but it was out of control.FS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL

Yeah but as long as we get control sooner than later.. I dont generally believe in IF especially when cutting but I feel like itll help me control my appetite during a bulk.
Window is 11am to 5pm. cause I cant just have small meals like when I was cutting. I would get up to pee at 11pm and end up binging on protein bars and then apples and milk. It was disgusting but it felt right lolFS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL

Same here. Almost looks like you stopped training near the end and got skinnier. From beginning to Aug 23 looks awesome. From Aug 23 to now looks like cutting without training. Not trying to be negative but I'd recommend getting right back on training with some increased lift # goals on compounds and slightly over maint..

LOL finishes cut Oct 12th. Went into bulk blindly. Eating 3000+ for a week then steady at 2700 till now. Gained few lbs of fat.
Going back into cut to get rid of that fat as it is noticable and new plan will be after 4 week cut...
2500 calories zero binges and taking advantage of IF for very slow lean bulk...
I was cutting for 15 weeks so I went from low cal to uncontrollable calories. Maybe in the future just take a diet break then transition into lean bulk but be mindful.
Would be a waste to keep bulking as I started off so badly.

You look great! I'm confused by the pictures. You look the best in the 2nd picture from the left. It's amazing that the difference is only 13 pounds from beginning to end. You look like 20% body fat in the first picture and 9 or 10% at the end. Maybe you put on some muscle on the cut.
