With all of the support I have been given over the years with my videos on IFN's YouTube channel I wanted to let everyone here know that I started my own channel today and the first video is up. The channel is DHworldwide and I started it so that I could release a lot more content than I have in the past. This weekend (tomorrow) I will be filming my first update leading into the IFBB Phx Europa and I will be doing a new one each week where I will explain where I am at in prep, how I am feeling, what my diet looks like, and progress pictures will be shown as well. Those videos will release about 5 days after filming but we will keep them coming.
For now here is the first video. If you are interested in following along subscribe and I will fill it up with everything including day in the life kind of stuff.
Thanks as always for the support

Thanks for this, Dusty. Lord knows this sport needs more of this. It's pretty sad that we are 8 weeks out from the 2015 Mr. Olympia and the number of training/day in the life videos put out by the pros has been pathetic. One thing I have to say about your videos is that they are always entertaining and never boring. Your training intensity and work ethic in and out of the gym is inspiring. Keep grinding, brother.

I agree 100%. I don't understand why these guys don't enjoy sharing the process more. I actually really enjoy posting videos, pics, etc... and then discussing them with fans and hearing what they have to say. We all share the same interests and have so many ways to share them with people across the world.

Here's the first update video I made at the 10 week out mark (Four days ago) I will be doing one of these each week between now and the USA's. One change that I will be making for sure for the next video is having a screen shot of the current diet plan and cardio routine. Outside of that if you have any suggestions please let me know. The pics I show are the only poses that Chris Aceto asks me to send so if you are wondering why there is no rear double, most muscular, etc... that is why.

Good video Dusty, good information, you speak well, and I like that you are talking about weaknesses and what you need to bring up.
On your legs, how tall are you? Speaking honestly, from those pictures, you do a lot better job of presenting them from the front and they only truly appear as a weakness from the back (which may only be due to how you are standing in the picture).4% shredded with striated!

I am 5'10'' or a hair over. I have found that some of the issue is in foot placement and that will help without question but I can only create so much of an illusion because although my legs tape pretty good size they have to have the least impressive shape on the planet which means all that I can do to make them look big enough is get them absurdly large.
Thanks for the observation and I do agree that just adjusting the stance will help

You often talk about the picture of Justin Harris' RLS during his prep for the 2007 USAs being the picture that not only inspired you to take your physique to the next level, but also to track down Dante Trudel and harass him to train you (which he eventually did and the rest is history).
Well my friend, I think they would both agree that not only have you reached that level of freakiness, but have surpassed it. Your progression has been just f*cking awesome to watch...I've said this before to you, but you have a very solid following here and we would love to interact with you more frequently.

Thanks for the kind words bro! Honestly I still get fired up looking back at Justin's pics because without question it is those images that would not allow me to let Dante Trudel say no to me. Even better is that he continues to teach me new things and it has been awesome having him in my corner since the beginning.
I will be a lot more active here now but not just on my own threads but also on others because I am no less of a fan of the sport than anyone else here and BB.com has done a great job of keeping this forum up in a way that makes it fun to participate unlike a lot of the others out there.

I just uploaded another training video this morning to my channel of chest and delts. We did have to scratch my DB pressing on the video because a friend of mine is doing the filming for now and how he attempted to video the pressing left him taking up more of the screen (off of the mirror) than anything else including me. So, if you want to give this routine a shot I had three sets of flat BB press after the Incline Smith that you see in the video.

I'm sad to see you break away from I-Force, but I know you did it for the right reasons and I am excited to see your future explode!! Will be following for sure like always!
The one thing I like about you most, is you continue to frequent various forums which beginners and intermediates live.. You give back to us, you remember where the roots are planted and started from. You didn't turn pro, and forget everything that it took to get there. You have remained the same person you always were.….

Thanks for the words and I have nothing but positive things to say about my time with IFN. As for everything else you mentioned my love for the sport hasn't changed and the biggest thing is I don't understand how a bodybuilder could get a big ego, it's not like we are out there changing the world. I think if I was some crazy surgeon saving lives of people that should have died I may develop an ego but never for having big muscle that few even understand what went into building it. I appreciate the words and the support as always!
