The opposite: being lean makes you look older.
Less face fat = more visible wrinkles.

This. I actually looked older at 22 than I do now because my body fat was extremely low back then. People thought I was in my late 20s/early 30s. I'm 26 now & people think I look younger. My mom also is extremely lean due to an untreated eating disorder, and she actually even gets facial fat injections to look younger. Hell, aging in and of itself causes people to store less fat in their faces. "Baby faces" are chubby for a reason OP. When's the last time you saw a 10 year-old with a defined jawline?
