So as far as I know this is the 3rd year of the goals thread.
What do you want to do and where do you want to be? Did you accomplish what you set out to do?

I hit 1410 @ 165 with 540/308/562, I competed at NAS nationals but did not do how I would have liked. I graduated college and am happy with my current job. I have yet to eat a 6lb burrito but crushed many 3lbers.
For 2013 I would like 1500+ 600/365/600 300lb OHP any way I can get it, win a Plat+ contest in the 175's, and qualify for the 2014 SM fitness. As always make more money and be nicer/ more helpful to those around me. Still want a 6lb burrito.

If we're also talking about life goals, I'd like to get into graduate school and maybe get published in 2013.

I did not reach my goals in the 2012 thread. I said 1700 raw total no wraps @198. LOL. I did it 1708 @220 no wraps.
My 2013 goals are:
640 + squat wrapped
460 bench
680 deadlift
1760+ total @220.1708 total @220 Raw
Improve my total every time I step on the platform.

PL - 550/425/675 @ 230lbs. I would also like to compete in my first meet @ 220 lbs sometime during the year. The squat is the most lofty of the goals. I haven't been able to squat properly in almost a year.
Strongman - Win a local show and qualify for nationals. 315 clean and press. 300 logTraining log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165829701

Hit a 2x bw bench and 3x bw squat. Idk if that's going to happen at 165, 181, or 198, but I'm determined to make it happen.

Get my bodyweight to 200+ or a lean 160-180 lbs.
Bench- 300+ raw, 275x3-5
Deadlift- sumo- 550 , 475x3-5
Squat- highbar 365, lowbar 455 405x3-5
Stay healthier, diet and recovery wise. Last couple of years have been injuries followed by progress followed by injuries. Hoping to stay in the progress zone for a while and maybe beat some previous bests. Undecided on whether i want to switch my squat form fromlow abr to high bar due to pretyt much dedicating 90% of my deadlift time to sumo.
