lol it's true, he literally knows nothing about immigration. stupid for spending 20k? that's almost average you have to pay in expenses for a family, sorry for wanting to do it the LEGAL way and not hopping on a raft hoping to god we will make it to California. The land of legal weed where anyone with half a brain knows federal law supersedes state (lol @ him thinking i didn't know that), but can't make a valid argument for his original point
Sorry brah, feds won't be busting in your house and arresting you randomly for smoking a j in your backyard unless you are doing something illegal
instead he likes to post random articles that he thinks will validate his argument but doesn't read any of them like... smoking on federal land which is out of state jurisdiction(lol).. state.. you know? where it's like... legal
or comparing his original argument
to another link about a medical distribution selling on a commercial level where they were raided and assets seized but not charged with anything criminal.
keep on protecting illegal immigrants, clownLast edited by CorgiBrah; 02-17-2017 at 11:52 AM.

Why should I care about a random stranger's family that got bilked for $20k by an immigration lawyer? That's on him. Since you are so compassionate about his plight...Im sure he would accept a small donation.
No I am all for the federal government upholding its laws. Ive been anxiously awaiting the DEA to start kicking doors down and enforcing the federal drug laws on the books. I'm not sure why you do not support this.

Terrible argument and you're missing the point you simpleton. You can't keep someone from being a criminal once they are here, but you can keep a criminal from coming here. The primary role of the federal government is to protect its citizens from foreign threats. Why do you think gambling with American lives is OK you unpatriotic filth?

"There's two distinct issues here, there is medical marijuana, and recreational marijuana," Spicer explained. He said President Trump supports medical marijuana but when it comes to recreational, "I think that's a question for the Justice Department. I do believe that you'll see greater enforcement of it."
I swear to baby jesus..I think Trump could phuck you in the butt..if he said..Hey Brah Im just working my glutes..you would say: Im spotting Trump during his workouts. MAGA

The old EO was absolutely constitutional. That wasn't what the court ruled against it on. They ruled that there was no legitimate threat (which is pure bullchit, over 70 immigrants/refugees from the 7 countries have been convicted of terrorism since 9/11, not to mention the countless crime and murder caused by immigrants/refugees from those 7). It's easier for Trump to reword a new EO than to wait for Gorsuch to be confirmed.

The court asked the government to present evidence that the ban had any merit and they were unable to do so. On the other hand, Washington successfully argued and presented plenty of evidence that its citizens and businesses were damaged by the EO and that the EO presented constitutional infringements on their citizens. Then, the governments request to reinstate the ban was officially stumped and Trump's lawyer was sent packing after doing a terrible job. Trump's new ban may get shot down just as quickly since the government apparently can't argue that the ban actually provides any benefit and everybody knows that this is supposed to be Trump's campaign promise fulfilled of a blanket Muslim ban. It will probably be successfully argued that the motivation for the new ban is not legitimate and rather rooted in bigotry which violates the establishment clause, due process, and equal protection.

I'm, not sure if it was that the government failed to present clear evidence, or that the courts rejected the evidence. There is crystal clear evidence that only takes a few minutes of Googling.

"Since 9/11, 72 individuals from the seven mostly Muslim countries covered by President Trump's "extreme vetting" executive order have been convicted of terrorism, a finding that clashes sharply with claims from an appeals court that there is "no evidence" those countries have produced a terrorist.
According to a report out Saturday, at least 17 claimed to be refugees from those nations, three came in as "students," and 25 eventually became U.S. citizens."
