    Possible new workout? Advice please

    New to this forums.

Little bit about myself. I've been lifting for about one year now and currently go the gym four times a day all in the morning @6am (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri) and play basketball on Tuesday nights. I'm 6'1 , 165 pounds. I want to get lean and start losing body fat. Should I do more HIIT after my workouts and on my days off on Sat and Sun? As for diet goes, I just started Keto diet. (My pic is on my bodyspace)

I just can't seem to lose body fat. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 6'1. It's hard for me to imagine being 165, but if I were, I wouldn't be trying to lose weight. I would be embarking on a long bulk. I'd probably aim for something like two pounds month for at least a year, maybe two. But that's just me.

Yeah, my goal is to decrease my body fat to 10-15%, but to keep my body weight about the same or increase to 175lbs. My daily macros are 2700 calories, 201g protein, 290g of carbs and 76g of carbs. I eat clean Monday-Saturday and Sunday I eat a cheat meal. I don't drink alcohol either.

I'm thinking of trying out Keto diet and decreasing my calories to 1900. I mainly want to burn fat.

I'm skinny fat. I don't know whether to bulk or concentrate on losing body fat. That's my problem.

Lift on a novice routine like fierce 5 or viking and eat to gain at least 2 lbs a month.

You should be around 200 lbs at your height, imo.

Thanks for the help. I started the novice fierce 5 routine yesterday but now I'm thinking of doing the GST workout. Do you suggest i increasing my calorie intake to 3000?
