What kind of healthy and easy to make foods can I make with grilled chicken strips?
Also, how healthy is brown rice? Would it be okay to eat it 2-3 times a week?

Whole wheat tortillas FTW. The whole wheat ones actually taste pretty good and they are very soft. Just make sure they are fresh when you buy them or they can be stale. Check the date because remember not many people eat healthy now days so the whole wheat ones may be sitting there for a while. I have had experience buying expired ones not paying attention. Just thought I would give you that tip.
