A lot of it is just based on looks/attraction. And women are attracted to 'bad boys' with low inhibitions. Also there is a pretty good chance these girls have crappy fathers.

Not always. My weedman wasn't good looking; he was a lanky/skinnyfat awkward looking white guy with chitty facial hair (like a 13 year old trying to go a goatee despite being in his late 20s). He was always wearing expensive clothes, had an M3, had some bomb cush and had a rotation of chicks like he was a 2nd string NBA player.

Funny enough is that the chicks all went away when he lost it all. He smashed the wrong chick; bf found out be she claimed she was raped. Him and his boys stormed his place, beat his ass and took his drugs, money and jewelry. He couldn't payback his suppliers so he got more of an ass whooping. He got sloppy selling drugs to pay them back and got caught and went to jail. Nobody wanted anything to do with him after he got out.

The short answer, OP, is that modern women at certain stages of their life find well put together men boring. It also makes them feel bad if the man is a better person than them. The last thing low-quality women want to do is self-reflect, so it is easier to just sleep with a string of losers.
