Your grilling is making me jelly Mm, iced tea! What do you do to make iced tea? Do you use the powder or do you make it from scratch and brew it yourself?? Do you put anything in it?

~~The Life and Times of Hammie~~
Happy weekend, guise! Probably gonna lift Sunday, have plans to meet up with my parents tomorrow and have a fishing day at a campground we go to all the time. Today had to work, then did a major epic Costco trip. They have bison burgers!! Cheaper than the regular grocery store too, so there will be grilling of bison burgers and broccoli this weekend. Had a bunch of grocery coupons from those packets you get in the mail so bought 4 giant boxes of tampons lolol, cause the coupons were pretty good. They actually don't accept those at Costco, never knew that, and of course the packer chick made sure to proudly pile my boxes of lady supplies on top of my other stuff, like the star on top of the Christmas tree. BRB strolling out of the store with enough tampons to last me til I'm 35, awww yeah, totally owned it though. Really did have to get a bunch of random crap like paper towels that when you buy that obscenely huge pack it really will last me a year and a half. I wonder if the excessive tampons + paper towels made it look like I was cleaning up a crime scene, hmmm... Exciting fruit today too - cherries, peaches, and raspberries HNNGGG!
Have been eating really healthy srs tons of fruits and veggies happening up in here. Dropped a bunch of water wt since Monday, was 181, today 175. Sticking with 2500 a day for now. Not quite starving yet lol, but am truly enjoying every morsel of food I get. Lots of Quest bars and peaches, let there be pooping.Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1

That is super great and nice water drop! Enjoying your food is so important and you can make lots of deliciousness with fruits and veggies. I'm a fan of ethnic cuisines (Indian, East-Asian, Middle-Eastern, Greek), which are usually very good at yummy veggie recipes. Also, raspberries are the best. THE BEST.

Aww yeah, love me some fresh fruits and veggies! Bah, those foods you mentioned would not do well with me, brb pants completely blown out, heehee. If someone wanted to kill me they'd feed me those exactly + a gallon of milk.
-------------------------------------------------
Gonna go squat and OHP in a wee bit. Grilling later this evening. And guise, I am happy to announce I am doing something awesome and planting a badass garden in my backyard HELL YEAH! Got seeds for green beans, carrots, and catnip to start, got my miracle grow soil, my dad gave me the run down of what you do to set it up, so I'm going for it! Gonna plant some other stuff too but starting with those today - BOOM! Garden is gonna be so great it will dwarf all other gardens in the neighborhood and I'll have to get a sumo wrestler to gaurd from neighbors jumping the fence.
Also I am VERY sunburnt from yesterday, wore 100spf sunscreen which I guess helped but am pretty red in a lot of spots.Current PRs:

Thanks Carl!
Me too! At first was thinking about putting in flowers in the front, but it's so non-productive, now food, food I like! Heehee, there are gonna be gnomes guarding my garden, possibly plastic army men too.
Thanks, haha well yeah starting at 181 it's much easier, plus me having the energy of an 8 yr old kid wanting to lift everything and run around and throw rocks at trains.
Lol, oh I lovvvvve grilling, grilling two times a week right now.

Squats were awesome! Grilled bison burgers and broccoli after. And dug out the area for my garden of peace. What a giant pain in the ass, I'm glad that part is done! I have a shovel, called an actual spade, thought ok this should be easy peasy. Nope nope nope. It is incredibly difficult to break through a normal lawn/yard so I ended up having to jump on the shovel like a pogo stick to get each tiny section out, but I tore that bish up! Also had a 6' tall bush that was doing absolutely nothing, wasn't providing any shade really and didn't look nice with colorful crap or whatever, so I tore that out, man was that thing anchored in there. Between ripping out the roots of this derpy bush and digging a nice garden area 6" deep it took me like 3 hours and a ton of sweat, feltgoodham.jpg The 6" should be fine for most things but the carots need 12" depth so I'm gonna mix the dirt I took out 50/50 with miraclegrow and build the whole thing up 6" above ground. Saved the dug out dirt on a huge tarp so it doesn't get lost in the grass.
Home depot is open tomorrow so I gotta grab some more bags of mirclegrow plus something to border the garden with, either landscaping bricks or like 4x4s. The part I dug out is actually nowhere near where the deck is stabilized, those wooden pieces are more for decoration and to keep animals from going under it. Areas get lots of sun, and it should be more than enough space to plant the three things I'm starting with.
Gotta pull out the remaining grass and green crap, had to stop cause it was getting dark. Hopefully I can find some kind of shovel or tool that's a lot sharper than what I'm working with to chop up the dirt I have to put back in there.Current PRs:

Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1

Thanks!
Thanks Gobbz, only one fish was caught and by my mom, smallest fish ever srs.
Worked on my garden all day today. Got a propper shovel at home depot, some more miracle grow, some nice decorative bricks to make a little barrier around the garden, and some paver sand to hold those in place. Here's the progress thusfar...
Need to finish the little brick wall. I already planted everything though - carrots, green beans, catnip, and cat grass. I marked where the squares of everything are with tent stakes but will put in some sign markers. Oh yeah, my gnome is in there too, heehee. Would love to put raspberry bushes somewhere else, not sure when the latest is you can do that for the season though. I want food!
Cut is going good apparently, forgot to weigh in yesterday but today am 174.Current PRs:

Great squatting and your garden looks awesome!
We went to the place where you buy plants and flowers and stuff yesterday as we also need to plant new things in the garden. I was looking for bee-friendly things and ended up getting a bunch of herbs that we can also use for cooking (thyme, borage). Win-win!
