tha fark...you look swole ass armed up in yo avi. Look like you could lift moar.
I have considered trying 4 plates for squat and deads but dun wanna risk injury, 3 plates is usually at peak weight I use atm usually for 3-5 reps.
brb dl'n in the rack next to some guy 2x my size and hes only doing 135 and its a mix of stiff legged and regular deads..he just doesn't actually let the plates touch the ground lol. Looks painful.

Is this thrad real life!?!
I started deadlifts 2 weeks ago for the first time in my life (4 years lifting).
Last week, got up to 355 lbs and squeezed it out (back was just a lil rounded, so this random guy who worked in with me stated).
Ppl mirin the fcuk OUT. Felt good. Can't believe this thread is srs real life, srs.Mod negged by Coal Man.

I had a serious lower back injury in high school and was so afraid to try squats/deads. Was my new years resolution, but I started mid-Jan with near pathetic numbers (185 deadlift, 135 squat), now I can (as of today) get 315 dead, 225 squat for 5. I know it's laughable but I'm only 3-4 weeks in. I can bench 330lbs though haha
