Making this thread because apparently I'm scared to take front pictures with my shirt off. Was called out by 5-10 people a few days ago. However, what people don't realize is that when you're the most optimal person in history, nothing can scare you. So here goes. Before pictures are at 130 lbs, current are at 185 lbs.

Respect for making some solid gains, and obviously putting in the work. You should post a picture of your abs, can't see them in any of the pictures. In my unprofessional opinion you put on a lot of muscle but also a lot of fat. You're gonna look insane when you finally cut down to 10-12% bf, but you're also going to have to lose a lot of weight to get there. Good job man, keep up the good work

Any bodybuilding poses photos? Would genuinely like to see you at your best and the poses will bring that out.
More than anything your arms exploded as well as your lats I'd say. Calves being your genetic weakness of peace though. With long shorts they make your legs look small.Workout Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=168292533&p=1378041213#post1378041213

Yes and with sound reason, imo. A beginner shouldn't be telling other beginners how to train and be saying that it's the best way, end of story. That's what Eric was doing.
Ultimately, Eric has changed his views on many different aspects of training even though he had previously said it was the optimal route. I'm all for fitness channels and what not but I think he should have waited until he had gotten somewhere before making one.
In saying that, the outrage is what blew him up so quickly and probably what motivated him to get to where he is now.Workout Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=168292533&p=1378041213#post1378041213

He had about 10x better progress than 99% of people I see on this website, especially if you consider how short of a time period he trained. Of course he is going to modify the way he trains, he has barely had a training career. However, the ideas he has spouted of training Full Body / training the body 3x a week makes sense, and it works. This is how people trained in the 1930s,40s,50s,and even 60s; mostly during the time that there was not a Cranberry Juice+Vitamin E/C era. I am glad to see somebody else is blowing up utilizing full body training, and you guys should see how far he comes in 3-5 years doing things the way he has been doing; any kind of hatred toward him is just motivation to climb above you and beat you at the end of the race. I can speak from experience when I was being stomped on for wanting to "train a different way" at a 185 bench press 1 and a half years ago+. I was made fun of, called a moron, trash talked to, told I should "Run SS, Run Madcows, Run this, Run that" and yet I have passed all those people's numbers that had already trained for ~2 years back when I had just started. When people think outside the box, they tend to get results quicker, because they don't want to just "conform" to what everybody throws on them[within reason]. It's hilarious that so many people called me an idiot for benching 3 or 4 days a week; saying it was pointless, but "Squatting 4-6 days a week" was fine.... #Internetlogic . Lone and behold, those same people that were making fun of me see 315 as a pipedream while I see it as a heavy working set. Kanvesky, keep up the good work - always nice to see more people spreading the secrets of Full Body Training; hopefully it can help reverse the era of Vitamin E/C and Phosphatidylcholine user(s) training - and take it back to a more civil time of relying on meat & hard work.
