Weight at middle of August was 156 today it is about 160. Lean bulk crew brah, get in on it.
Lifts all going back up after that month of barely lifting and eating kind of crappy. All my 5/3/1 days I end up adding 10- 20 lbs to the bar. On bench I did 175x4, which is 10 lbs less than the beginning of August, but its 10 lbs more than last week (getting my calories back up has really helped. Dead lift 275 x2 or 3, which is under the 295 x1 (at the time was doing 275x5) but its back up from 225x1 three weeks ago lol.
I've basically been getting leaner despite weighing a little more. I got veins in my upper chest (to feint to take a photo of, I've tried, there coming out more though) and I do have noticable gains in my shoulders. So pics close to December I think.Eat Right. Lift Heavy. Be a Fat Manlet.

Lol that makes me so mad at myself :P I was hitting 185x 3-4 in the summer, but then I started getting this bicep pain so I switched to DB, now I'm at the 175x 3-4. But that 225 squat for 5-7 reps is good stuff man, my lower back keeps acting up on squat so I've lowered the weight and am working on form.

Read the commentary I got at the bottom lol.
After Dead lift, BB row, and DB row I tried them , but my best set was 6, the next was like 3, then another 3 lol. My forearms are absolutely destroyed at that point. So, I ordered 3 new bottles of liquid chalk (hopefully have them by next back day) cause I can't do anything without them. That 275 dead lift could have been for a fully 5 reps if I had that chalk, I was feeling strong today man.

Thanks giving day, the amount of calories I've already hit is around maintenance, tonight I'll make some serious gains. I worked today so I had a foot long from subway on break, then my manager let us eat the extra breakfast food and ended up basically eating 2 sausage mc muffins and a hashbrown, currently having greek yogurt with nutella and a protein shake. Turkey and pie tonight...
With all this in mind I hit legs knowing I should be making use of these calories.

You don't get it bro, this is every day for me lately! Lol, I'm so busy with school right now. I was at school till 2 yesterday, had to do an interview with a family until 4 for a paper im writing, then got food with my friend before going to the U to study, and we stayed there till 930. I had eaten like 1600 calories all day at this point (500 from Fiber 1 bars btw) and it took everything to kill that workout last night.
Same thing today, was at school then another interview, then we had no food in the house other than these boxed frozen chitty meatballs so I ate like 30 of them (solid 800-1000 calories and 60-80 g protein). workout was mediocre.

haha yah I will try to beat it eventually, how much weight are you aiming for your bulk. 170 was my goal as I thought I would be huge, more looking like 180.

Umm my goals are strength oriented. I want to dead lift 315, squat 240, and bench 205. 315 dead lift has been my dream for forever (had a 1-1.5 year lower back problem, never thought I would make it to 225 x1 lolz) so I'm really all about that man. The squat goes along with the lower back problem thing, so its like a big deal just to hit 225, a 240 goal means I'll still be above 2 plates when I cut. Then bench is just to bench above 200
As for weigh, I was thinking I would slow bulk until 170- 175... or when I get too fat. Currently I can see the outline of my abs extremely loosly when I first wake up lol, so I'll keep going slow.Eat Right. Lift Heavy. Be a Fat Manlet.
