72. Still coming off EC and a 2+ hour intensively leg session this last evening.
My heart beat was hitting about 200 after 12 sets of 3 on squats with 45 seconds rest in between sets.
Gets down to 60 or mid 50s when I'm prone and resting.Training, philosophy, nutrition and biomedical discussion (2.0): http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146797403

after wrestling season when i get out of shape it skyrockets though until i get back in shape"It is an illusion that youth is happy, an illusion of those who have lost it; but the young know they are wretched for they are full of the truthless ideal which have been instilled into them, and each time they come in contact with the real, they are bruised and wounded."

You guys realize that EC makes permanent changes to your heart (srs)
Not even ****ing around or joking brahs, get a sphygmomanometer. Everyone I know who uses those drugs have a huge gap in their DIA/SYS reading.
Typically they will have something like 110/70 before they use EC. Then after its like 125/45
THAT GAP IS NOT GOOD, and its permanent and happens to all heavy stim users.
**** your HR, that doesn't mean ****. Stay safe
They call this pulse pressure. It basically means that EC ****s your heart up long term and puts a HUGE amount of stress and pressure on each pulse directly on the aorta (srs)

Mine is 75-85 BPM, resting rate. I regularly feel an arrhythmia, and heart disease runs in my family. My Father's mom died when she was early-30's from heart problems. Father had a heart attack in his early 50's.. Dad's dad died a few years after a huge open chest surgery.. heart related, but his death was lung-related.. I haven't been to a Dr. in 6 years, too scared to go. My BP runs in hypertensive range when I'm just relaxed. I don't wanna die, misc..
