Had a quick question for anyone who uses pump supplements in general. Is it normal to not be able to do your normal reps and weight due to the muscles being so pumped and contracted from the big noise which is the pump supplement. I tried total war by itself and didn't get that. If any suggestions please let me know. Maybe i should take half scoop of the pump supplement next time? Thanks for any input!

You don't want supplements to negatively affect your performance in the gym. They are supposed to enhance performance. Since you're getting pumps that prevent you from finishing sets/reps, then decrease it to half a scoop and see how that treats you. If still having problems, go down to a quarter of a scoop or cut it out. The goal is progress in weight or reps, not being forced to stop early.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I think half a scoop would be a good idea, and if it's still too much, you can try a 1/4 scoop or just none at all. Pump products are nice to look joocy, but often times I've also found them to be too much and interfere with your training.

This. Also, good choice on the pre. Redcon1 has great products. But yeah, Total War has enough stimulants as it is. Probably don't need more.
You could even try just using the pump one on days where you aren't tired and don't need caffeine. Assuming Big Noise by itself isn't interfering. And then Total war on the other days.
