take this how you will but as long as people get their packages in good time, at good prices, they don't give a **** what the website design is like. if i can get scivation whey for 45$ at a site that was designed by a 10year old or a professional site for 60$ i'm going to go to the 45$ site everytime. so so soooo many people have stopped purchasing from here because of price increases. fix that **** first.

you are probably not the demographic they are appealing to. Look at starbucks. Yes you can get coffee cheaper anywhere else, yet they are extremely successful. why? because price is only one factor involved in a purchasing decision. Just sayin'

true, bad example. Lets use Barns and Noble as a better example. Pay top dollar for one book at BN, or go to family owned store and save a few dollars. There are added benefits the larger entity offers which justifies the increased cost. Read a few basic articles on business and you will realize BB.com's business plan is spot on (as proven by their revenue's). No one business will make every potential customer pleased, rather the successful business will please the most potential customers (in turn converting them to customers).

I get what your saying. Hell, I personally have only bought 1 item from here, but I still think they have a good business model.

I was looking to order in the next week or so, so I went through the new store a lot, one thing I noticed was the separate list for Pure whatever products like it use to have All Creatine Products, and just under that it had Pure Creatine Products, for products only containing the ingredient you are searching for.. I use to like that alot when search for specific Aminos or Vitamins...

I was looking for vitamin b6, and got pre workouts as the top results and only one pure vitamin b6 product...

Maybe there is still a category somewhere for Pure whatever, but I havent been able to find it...

The second thing which is already mentioned alot is search results arent nearly as good, I searched pump bol for ThermoLife PUMP-BOL, and the result was the Supersites review on ThermoLife PUMP-BOL, so I had to copy that go back to the store and paste it to find it...

Kinda counter productive having someone in your store, then looking for something and be booted out of your store.

Also, Ryan, what's the word on a Canadian warehouse being opened? I believe Furious Pete (aka Dedicatedforlife) made a thread a few weeks ago saying/hinting this was in the works, but it doesn't seem like anything's been confirmed yet...?

old setting was better. I don't mind the trainers giving tips and advice, that can be sometimes helpful. Its just so much more difficult to get around the website. No more weekly deals, more expensive, and bad shipping. I was a customer of bb.com but ever since all the changes ive found a better place like the old bb.com style to shop from. Just go to google and type in the supplement you want and bb.com is up there with gnc. You guys are starting to go very mainstream, your customers will eventually consist of just dat dere celltech brohiams.

What happend to Lipid Stabil by Molecular Nutrition. It just recently dissapeared off the site.

Also...do you have a link that companys can click to see how the are rated overall. I know there used to be a list that listed all the companys from 1-500+. It was a nice tool to use as a gauge of how we're doing.

Just some advice, I know we're (us forum members) supposedly the "small minority" of bb.com's customers (supposedly I stress) but you have to take into account most of us are literally addicted to supplements, and we end up spending at the very least $150 a month, maybe more, every-single-month. The forum members are where the huge, profitable bulk purchasing is coming from...not the guy who has no clue and just wants to be jazzed up before a workout, purchases 1 tub of Jack3d or 1MR, and MAYBE, maybe a small jug of protein.

So I think it is a good idea to communicate with us and ask us for feedback as well as making things right. I have probably over 5 full pages of purchases from BB.com since 2004, some ranging from $100 to $500 a MONTH, and I bet I'm on the low end of some of the guys here who enjoy purchasing supplements often.

EDIT: I DID actually make a purchase off bb.com today, as $40 for a 5lb of Myofusion is excellent PLUS the 10 serving sized SuperPump MAX (that I haven't tried) comes for free. So I'm willing to work with you guys here.)

That websites customer service is pathetic though, i ordered from there and had a problem with my shipment , i sent them an e-mail and they totally ignore it. I rather pay a few $ more and get good customer service from bb.com

I think this is working correctly, it's just confusing. The product goes into your cart at the normal, higher price, but then below there is a "Discount" line that takes the discount off the order. Check and let me know if you are not seeing that.

Being fixed soon so that it is easier to understand.

For some reason the brand was changed to "Health And Wellness" so it's not on the Molecular page. Fixed very soon.

That is coming back as well. It didn't make the launch because it was not a highly used featured.

Also, is the fact that none of the current 10% off discount codes are displaying the actual discount after they've been submitted (despite the big green banner at the top saying it was "successfully applied" to your total) just a temporary bug due to the new system? Should orders be placed by phone for the time being to ensure these discounts are actually put through?

dont like it. harder to find the brands i like. i used to be able to use the pulldown menu and go. now i have to click and scroll. it actually made things slightly less convenient. used to scroll through new products, and top selling companies. havent fund those sections yet.

Anyway, my issue is mainly shipping.What I don't like with the new store (and even the old one)

My country (Mauritius) isn't listed in the shipping destinations any more. It was there last year, (maybe when FedEx was being used) but then it disappeared. I've already ordered before and got it delivered to my country. I even went through all the confirmation details asked from me when I placed my order (all ID details etc.).

Now bb.com won't ship to my country or won't allow me paying via PayPal but only pay by wire transfer.

So as it stands, I can't even price up the shipping costs because my country isn't listed. I have to chat with a Customer Rep before paying/completing my order. Now if I decide to add/remove an item from my order after the chat, I need to go through the same process of chatting with someone again to update the shipping price. Finally, I need to do a wire transfer, wait it for it to be confirmed, then check again when my order will be shipped.

And worse, the shipping prices. Damn. Sometimes they are higher than my order itself.

Before it was 3 simple steps: Login, order products, pay using paypal. And shipping prices were excellent with FedEx.

Any possibility of clearing this issue please?
