    Raw Keto Chocolate!

    Bought this:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...0?ie=UTF8&th=1

150g (or one regular sized Haas Avocado)
    4 Tbsp Raw Unsweetened Cacao
    4 Tbsp Monk Fruit (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...0?ie=UTF8&th=1)
2 Tbsp Coconut Milk (Cashew, Flax, Almond, whatever)
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt (or whatever salt you prefer)

First crush down the Avocado with a spoon to remove all chunks. Then add all the ingredients, mix into a paste. Then Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Comes out like a thicker Chocolate Moose. Absolutely delicious.

*Pro Tip - Add 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter and live like a King!

It will freeze. Good for a cold chocolate bar.

I made this the other day, I used Stevia instead of Monk fruit. First chocolate I have EVER seen my kids spit out. I froze into 3oz bars its not great, but I can eat it (will suffer through it)....I think it was a little better before I froze it...Might not have added enough stevia its kinda bitter, wont make again

No, powdered stevia and I used a lot but it was still pretty bitter. It seemed less bitter when I was mixing it before I froze it IDK.
