Ive just started dead lifting (fairly new to lifting generally) and I want to know what weights I should be looking at?
Trouble for me is I'm not 100% confident with form, so i dont know whats too heavy/ too light.
Im 170 pounds, I bench 160 and squat 200 pounds. Im just looking for a really rough idea about where I should be starting out?
