I feel like I have 2K in me by next year. The big bench PR I hit in June took a lot out of me and I never fully recovered in time to put together a good bench training plan for this meet. I'm definitely capable of 800+, 600+ and then just have to keep building the pull toward 600.

I had a plan and I stuck to it. 540 was a lift I thought I could comfortably get, my gym PR was 545 going in and I had only hit it a couple of times. During squat warmups I had dislocated my left ring finger and it came back to bite me on my third DL. You can actually see it start to let go on the 540 and when I took 565 for my third, it completely let go and I dropped the bar trying to lock it out.
Thanks my friend!I'm not DrewDarden

Yes, I answered that earlier. I injured my back several years ago and it's never quite been the same. Gear also contributes a lot more to the squat than the deadlift, my raw numbers are pretty close to the same for both. I'm finally making some deadlift progress though, hoping to get over that 600 hump and move into more respectable territory.

no detective, its just common sense.
That bench is also way too high and obviously an indication of equipped. Most people benching that weight are deadlifting 800-900lbs. Even i deadlift 600+ and i cant bench 405 yet. Your bench is almost your deadlift which is retarded lol
Im not a powerlifter but i don't see the point in lifting equipped? Do you ever compete raw?

Metal Militia. I know it's banned in most feds but MM really doesn't care and doesn't get into political stuff like that. I was planning to spray paint over the Metal logo since I don't care to be associated. Also I have owned this suit for so long it's not like I'm actively supporting or promoting the company.
I found it very interesting that the industry knew Ano to be a vocal white supremecist for years but one bad racist joke on Twitter got them to dump him. I honestly didn't know anything about it until that transpired, I just like the gear.I'm not DrewDarden
