For the second time the shitkunts that do not put their weights back.
At the gym today and these guys are doing decline bench press in the muther ****in squat rack! They leave the bar with a 45 and a 25 on each side on and continue their workout. It's funny too, it's always the doyouevenlift noav *******s that do this, the only really fukkin jacked guy in my gym, obvious juicer puts off the local bb show is the only person besides myself that I see unracking his weights and putting them in the proper peg.

Unfortunately that can be an issue for some. Some people can rehab and strengthen enough to squat very heavy again after a major back problem if they are careful... others can't. So it is what it is.
Although I have heard a couple people, say they rack pull with a back problem but don't do certain other lifts and I almost **** myself. I have some difficulty imagining anyone with a back issue that keeps them from other lifts being able to do anything other than a warmup on the most god-aweful heavy lift known to man that compresses the spine like no other.

Since this thread is now about squats, I have a confession:
I was squatting a few weeks ago and lost concentration on my last rep (Weight PR and was hitting 5th of 5x5--twas a GREAT day) and ended up goodmorning'ing the damn thing-- I had no safeties set. Was a do or die sort of thing. Anyway, no injuries occurred but I am now scared sh!tless of them and havent done them since.
Hold me, Im scared.
