Anyone looking for some cheap desktop speakers I'd recommend Logitech OEM S220 2.1s, had them for a few months now and for under 25 they're pretty good

whoever posted that 40min documentary about steds, its pretty derp in places. i understand there will be discrepancies in translation but intravenous trenbolone? lulwat. the supposed natty woman lifter talking down at gear users who then proceeds to bench 3 plates hardly inspired confidence.
chesteze/eph is pretty good for decongestion but its a shame its so hard to get it from the pharmacist. brahs itt who are cutting, any tips to persuade the ******* behind the desk? twice today i got told "if your symptoms are bad enough to need this then you should see a doctor". khunt i cant breath thru my nose i need this. otc sht like phenylephrine and pseudoephedrine dont work, had a blocked nose for like 6 days now.☆☆☆UK Crew☆☆☆

Just over two years ago, Eric Cantona made a statement encouraging people to "kill the banks" by withdrawing all of their savings from the banks and securing the money themselves:
"We don't pick up weapons to kill people to start the revolution. The revolution is really easy to do these days. What's the system? The system is built on the power of the banks. So it must be destroyed through the banks.
"This means that the three million people with their placards on the streets, they go to the bank and they withdraw their money and the banks collapse. Three million, 10 million people, and the banks collapse and there is no real threat. A real revolution.
"We must go to the bank. In this case there would be a real revolution. It's not complicated; instead of going on the streets and driving kilometres by car you simply go to the bank in your country and withdraw your money, and if there are a lot of people withdrawing their money the system collapses. No weapons, no blood, or anything like that."Misc Number 1. Boxing Analyst and Pundit

Got a 1RM bench PR of 120kg last friday at Pure Gym.
The weight discs feel so much lighter there than my home town's gym I just had to weigh a 20kg plate on the scales to see if they were genuine.
A 20kg weight disc actually weighed 20.5kg
brb genuine 122kg bench 1rm, was 100kg over Christmas holidays at other gym.

you're assuming the 20s were all over by .5kg. The issue with cheap plates is they have a greater variance in weight - '20kg' Eleiko competition plates will all be 20kg. '20kg' Nelco plates will average out to 20kg, but each could vary by a fair amount.
Do it right - weigh every single 20 you're going to use, as well as the bar, then check the gravitational force in your exact location to make sure everything is accurate.☆☆☆υк яєω☆☆☆

True, just been benching more lately as Pure Gym only goes up to 36kg dumbbells. I would prefer working with a set of dumbbells over barbell any day.
The week before I got 100kg for 6 and 105kg for 5 so I thought I'd try give my 1RM a go since it's been a while, rarely ever do. I'm just happy I finally hit my BW, a massive milestone for me.
Don't forget the air resistance during motion and the weight of the barbell springs! It is true that most of the discs at pure gym have a plastic or rubber coating which is usually falling apart or scuffed up though.
