    Thanks man. I'm in for a tough day for sure. In sat on the train on my way to work feeling pretty crappy. Lesson learned though. Gonna get me some run of the mill creatine and do it properly. Thanks for your advice

    There's like 300mg nitrates in C4. x3 = 900mg. He didn't take 4 scoops. Not sure why it's a huge deal someone ingested 400ish mg of caffeine in one day. I take 450mg pre-workout.

    Lot of you guys saying it's not that big of a deal are failing to take into account the additional (and powerful) stimulant in C4 which is synephrine. While 3-4 scoops isn't likely to put someone in the grave, that amount of synephrine + caffeine + nitrates = is approaching a dangerous level for the heart.

    Mistakes happen OP, don't let it get to ya. Just glad you posted here before continuing on with your "loading" !!

    Thanks everyone.

    I want to thank everyone for their advise. Some was solid and friendly. Some not so much but advise all the same and I can promise lesson definitely learned. I know to you experienced people what I did was unthinkable but s**t happens and mistakes were made. I was (am) really serious about making some gains and I was too keen and rushed into it. I'm really glad I asked you guys about it or I would of been doing the same today. When I posted this I was getting ready for work, I got to work then went home again because I feel like crap. So I'm being punished for my mistake. But hey I'll look on the bright side. I know better now, I've got a day off work, I've got 2 tubs of C4 that will take me a while to go through and I won't die so, smiles all round.

    If I'm not mistaken it only takes 10-15g (estimated) to be a lethal bolus intake of caffeine. So you 150g bag comment is crazy.
