Lot of you guys saying it's not that big of a deal are failing to take into account the additional (and powerful) stimulant in C4 which is synephrine. While 3-4 scoops isn't likely to put someone in the grave, that amount of synephrine + caffeine + nitrates = is approaching a dangerous level for the heart.
Mistakes happen OP, don't let it get to ya. Just glad you posted here before continuing on with your "loading" !!

Thanks everyone.
I want to thank everyone for their advise. Some was solid and friendly. Some not so much but advise all the same and I can promise lesson definitely learned. I know to you experienced people what I did was unthinkable but s**t happens and mistakes were made. I was (am) really serious about making some gains and I was too keen and rushed into it. I'm really glad I asked you guys about it or I would of been doing the same today. When I posted this I was getting ready for work, I got to work then went home again because I feel like crap. So I'm being punished for my mistake. But hey I'll look on the bright side. I know better now, I've got a day off work, I've got 2 tubs of C4 that will take me a while to go through and I won't die so, smiles all round.

always read the label FULLY. The warnings are there to keep you safe and healthy. If you want to go against the label directions, you do so at your own risk and no company will ever advise it. However, you should be training for better health, so don't contradict that and do unhealthy things like abuse supplements.
