04-05-2012, 03:15 PM #3907I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do this I keep on doing. (Romans 7:15,17-19)

One of my favorite savory oats things is actually quite simple, its sharp cheddar, red pepper powder(flakes works too but i like the color the powdered form gives) broccoli, diced tomato, onion, small bit of chopped garlic, and BACON! XD
was just throwing about a bunch of stuff I had in the fridge when I had made this one time. Very sorry no pics, this was something i did like a month ago =\My log:http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147520713

Sounds good. Bacon bits would be great. Hm..Now that is getting me thinking about more crazy ideas... Now since oats are amazing savory or sweet, what if we mix savory AND sweet and make "Candied Bacon Oats" (bacon cooked in brown sugar/honey) or "Elvis Oatmeal" (PB,banana, honey, bacon bits)

Savour oats looks awesome, anyone got a standard recipe I could use as a base?
Also on the topic of oats, I picked up some PB2 for the first time the other day which led to some overnight peanut butter cinnamon oats.

First time poster here. Since I'm living in a dorm and on a meal plan, there won't be much meals that I made. Next year I hope to do more cooking and less dining hall eating. At any rate, here's the dining hall food I had tonight: broccoli and mushroom stir-fry with Huy Fong Foods chili garlic paste, some roasted cauliflower, couple pieces of green curry tofu, and 'pork vindaloo' (really just spicy pork, highly doubt the recipe was authentic)
After adding cayenne, which was done periodically as I ate:
Some hard-cooked eggs and cherry tomatoes were also eaten but not pictured. Compared to many posts in here: picture and meal quality feelsbadman.jpg

heres what I did. really was just an experiment but it went better than expected.
40 g oats (I'm on a mini cut, definitely use more IIFYM)
a dash of salt and pepper, just cover in water. Nuked it for 2:30 until cooked
Stirred in the cheese and the chicken was fresh out of the oven so i just cut it into pieces and mixed it all together.xTUNAx CREW

You *******s need to make this. Hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggggggggggggg.
Flatout Flatbread Buffalo Chicken Pizza
1 Flatout Light Original Flatbread
4 oz. cooked chicken breast
¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce
¼ cup blue cheese dressing
½ cup shredded light Mozzarella cheese
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup sliced celery
Bake Flatout in 350°F oven directly on grate for 7
minutes. While Flatout is baking cut chicken into small
pieces & toss with Frank’s Red Hot. In a bowl, evenly
coat the chicken with sauce. Remove Flatout from oven,
top with dressing, cheeses, chicken, celery & carrots.
Return to oven, cook until cheese melts. Approx. 5
minutes. Remove, cut into pieces and enjoy.
