There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

His 'before' pic looks like he has lifted before. I'd say it's doable. Does he say he had never lifted before?

Yes, claimed no prior lifting, but it is obvious by looking at his build that he has indeed lifted before...any trained eye can tell its obvious. Its not "hard work" taht people think they dont have, people sometimes believe that they are natural when they are not because they dont want others to assume that they didnt get that way naturally or lose credibility when nobody gives a crap to begin with.
Also from the before pic if a bulk happened, some fat gain would be noticeable but to get that lean in ONLY two months????? Its not again, a thing of "oh maybe you didnt work as hard", you cant always trust what people tell you. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Yeah he said only 2-3 months lifting experience in the before pic. He either; has the genetics of a gorilla or he's full of chit. I know which one I believe.

dude has feathered shoulders of peace .. I dunno.
People that have crazy genetics don't really get terribly out of shape in the first place. I have a buddy that doesn't work out, drinks all the time and eats whatever he wants and stays 10% 12 months a year and carries enough LBM to be a fitness model. Pisses me off.

There's a Haitian dude I work out with who started hitting the gym with me around the same time I started P90X (~March of this year). I've known him for a while (since college days) and he's never really seriously worked out. We used to play tennis once in a while, but that's about it.
Starting in March, he's been hitting the gym just twice (weekends), goes out drinking most nights, and was skinny fat when he started out. His diet is still sh*t, but in the past 9 months, he just looks jacked. Lost his gut, has visible abs, he's showing serious muscle definition, and it looks like dude's been lifting forever. He both lost fat *and* gained serious muscle.
I know we tell people that if you work hard at it you can get in shape etc, but it is disingenuous to ignore the role of genetics. I would have to work out for years and years to ever get in that good a shape.

as far as the hair stuff.....are guys REALLY ashamed of losing their hair or think it makes them less of a man or something? Man...easier just to shave the stuff and be done with it :/There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
