I think your argument defeats itself. Obviously the stereotype that all white people cannot cook isn't necessarily true, the food you posted as an example of 'white cooking' is plainly food from a non-white culture, implying that white people have to cook like other cultures to make anything good lol

comparing a restaurant quality meal, professionally shot photo to a photo of a plate from a cook out with a potato camera..
Honk Honk
Also if that meal is actually from a restaurant and not a foodie. Chances a Mexican made that are high..
And lastly i have no idea where that idea came from.. it's mainly from the blacks.. which i don't understand as they aren't known for their cuisine(in b4 starving Africans joke)
Now it were Latinos yeah... cause the cuisine has more fame
Honk Honk
also i believe when they say white people can't cook. they mean Americans.. they aren't talking about the French of Italians

For most non Americans, ifyou ask them what would American food look like, chances are they'll probably say burger, fries, coke, hot dogs, doritos etc. Most people around the world assume that all Americans just eat fast food and don't know (or don't want to) how to cook.

I never understood that criticism. Some of the best food in the world is from Europe and the best chefs are mostly from Europe. I can understand the criticisms towards the whitebread white American cuisine though. Plain ham or turkey with mashed potatoes and a bunch of veggies...no thanx Jeff. That’s why I usually don’t eat food for holiday dinners unless my family makes Italian food separately. Often times my family will make Manicotti or Lasagna as an alternative option. Don’t get me wrong I’ll eat mashed potatoes and I like plenty of veggies but for a holiday meal it’s underwhelming. One thing I am a fan of which I think is more prevalent in white families is green bean casserole.

its a pointless internet thing and OP is a ******* for getting his panties in a bunch. Some white people food is garbage like some typical "American" or British crap. Some is amazing like French or Italian. The race baiting is out of control here.
“The Misc. is a stone-faced Uncle Sam with Popeye’s forearms and a cocked pistol in each hand. It’s a screeching bald eagle with a foreign Bad Thing in its talons. It’s everything that defines America’s bro culture, magnified and weaponized. But it’s deeper than that.“

You tell him not to "play dumb" after mentioning french cuisine most of which you know damn well isnt inspired by East-Asian.
Not sure why op went with that pic but obviously French, Italian, Basque cuisine is some of the best if not they best food in the world.
Street food on the other hand probably goes to South America.
