"IFBB pros actually do follow IIFYM."
Sounds like you guys have it set up for the argument to go your way everytime lmao.
> someone eats pizza and gets fat then everyone says that he wasn't doing IIFYM properly
> someone eats clean food consistently and gets results and then everyone says "OMG LOL HE WAS DOING IIFYM THE WHOLE TIME"

you're ****ing stupid
rice is trash too
a clean starchy food would be a sweet potato or something rich in micronutrients
rice and pasta are both trash and just carbs with nothing else, and if it has anything it's typically because it's enriched with vitamins
hey, i heard linking steroided out *******s strengthens your IIFYM argument ***got
i wouldn't consider hamburgers etc. a dirty food because its mostly protein, but when you are talking about **** like sour patch kids and pop tarts, it's trash. if you want to overdo something it should be protein and not empty carbs

Of course he wasn't doing IIFYM properly because he got fat (unless he wanted to). It doesn't matter if he ate pizza everyday or never, he got fat because you got too many calories idiot."Do not try to fake passion, because eventually somebody will come along who is truly passionate and they will fuking embarass you"- Ryan Doris

>eating too many calories over TDEE causes fat gain
>eating clean the same amount over TDEE will cause the exact same fat gains
You haven't reponded to my question.
Which diet is better for body composition and health.
Diet 1. Eating 'clean' only, consuming only rice for the whole day, every day.
Diet 2. Consuming a wide variety of foods coming from whole, unprocessed foods while meeting macro and micronutrient sufficiency with 10-20% processed foods.

I genuinely consider myself small. I don't compare myself to anyone except my idols. Looking at young pics of almost all the most famous pros, I have no doubt in my mind that I can do this. Young dorian, young nasser, young phil, young ruhl... the list goes on. Genetics may limit me from a sandow, but it won't stop me from getting a pro card.

fruit tends to have other things in it.. like a banana has potassium, fiber, etc.
empty carb = just straight carbs with no other nutritional properties
and like i said in other post, no one said eat sweet potatoes all day, just to replace **** like SOUR PATCH KIDS with HEALTHY FOOD
you people just want an excuse to eat trash, enjoy your sub par results retard

even on a clean diet you still have to pay attention to things like protein intake and fat and count macros
fact is, on a clean diet you will always get more nutrients than if you are eating processed junk which tends to be pure carbs
strong comparison skills bro, maybe in a few years you won't be so dumb
