heavy short back w/o
1/2 hr cardio kept getting put off yesterday till I could finally get to it at 6:30 pm, bad idea as I couldn't sleep all night - even with melatonin
Still got up an hour early with dreams of a DL PB in my head. Missed the bus, got to the gym late, blah blah blah all good excuses for a bad w/o.
