I often have trouble remembering the early days of the nutmisc to be frank. But the best memory I have is Desslok joking around with me. And IIRC, he knew the meaning behind my sn long before anyone else did. Pretty cool guy regardless.

just life man. Bought a house 3 years ago, and currently looking for a bigger house. 3 dogs and a fiance. new job about a year ago. and looking to hit that 1800 pound total in november. What have you been up to.

Oh yeah, now I remember you do powerlifting, right? That's some impressive **** man. You played football too in college and high school, right? I've been able to sit/stand in and watch the USC team do their workout. Insane stuff. I'm sure it's even better in the southern conference.

i only played football up through my sophomore year in highschool. Then i got into lifting and then a few years after that i got into powerlifting. I live in iowa as well.

One helluva gym

its actually pretty impressive. we only have 80k people in our entire city and about 20 gyms lol. This is the only actual powerlifting gym in the area. really a little sh*thole city, but this is where ive always lived and my family is here.

And yes i do. i think i was about 200-210lbs in that pic. now 270. little more fluffy but hell of a lot stronger. still have some ab outline. im stuck between two goals. bulk up to 300lbs just to say ive been 300lbs, or after this meet do a cut so i have some decent abs again...decisions.

comes out to a nice .4 pounds a week. i actually got up to about 273 a couple months ago, then cut down to 258 in a month then started slowly bulking again going into my meet
