    Purdue Short Cuts

First of all, Saturday is one of two of my "No Carb" days. Anyways, upon waking up this morning, I realized I had no meat in the house to eat today. So I was just browsing along the super market and came across the Purdue Short Cuts. I used to eat these all the time, even back in the day when I wasn't on any diet. I am so glad that I found them again because they are quick and easy, 100% chicken breast, and 0-1 grams of carbs. Price is a little bit high, but not too bad -- 3.99 for 10 ounces at my grocery store.

10 ounce package (4 servings per. pack)

    Serving Size 1/2 cup
    Calories 90
    Fat 2.5g
    Sat Fat 1g
    Sodium 470mg
    Cholesterol 60mg
    Carb 1g
    Protein 16g

Ingredients: Boneless skinless chicken breast (with rib meat), chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, soy protein concentrate, vinegar, maltodextrin, natural flavors

    No MSG. No Preservatives.

I see myself eating a lot of this from this day forth

    Anyone else eat these?

At those prices, you'd be better off buying sliced turkey from the deli.
