    Wrong. All the old school bodybuilders, used to do full body workouts on a 3 times per week basis, split training became popularized when steroids came into play. Full body workouts are superior because it releases the most growth hormones and testostorone during the workout, and strength increases like crazy while doing full body workouts...

    Old school guys did not follow those b.s. pussified rules. They did huge amounts of volume (not the 'keep it to under 1hr' crap) & in some cases trained full-body 6 days a week e.g. George Hackenschmidt.
