I know this sounds stupid but i'm serious, can I have like cheerios oat crisp which 23g of sugar? Or bran flakes? which is 18g of sugar of my serving Or rice krispies which is 10g of sugar. And also i'm pretty low in fats and almost hit my carbs can I have a bowl of cereal to replace fats? 121lbs and 5'6 feet

http://www.cheerios.com/protein is my favorite cereal out right now, I eat so much of it that the nutritional value doesn't matter anymore lol. Just do like a few guys above said and eat the cereal that you want that fits in your whole day's macros bro, its simple as that.

Read the product label if you want to know the differences. Marco wise, some cereals can be similar and some can be far off. But a lot of people are scared away of cereal because of the sugar. I personally am not a cereal eater for that reason as sugars make my body soft super quick. Others may react better to sugar and not have to worry about it.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
