I went to the grocery store this morning and again, no meat to speak of.

I may run out of toilet paper but meat? I am so set you guys!!! Thanks to living near a state park, my options at the moment include, in order of edibility:
- Deer
- Wild turkeys
- Raccoons
- Feral cats
- My husband
- My pet cats

Seriously the turkeys are in full dating mode, with the males attacking everything in sight including my car (if they peck the paint one more time I swear to gawd they end up in the pot).

Dude, this is no reason why advanced lifters can’t meet and train, what part of that don’t you get? I’ve got a higher chance of getting and spreading this just getting food. Food AND training are essential, squats are essential and no rack at home. Running really don’t strengthen the immune system like squats do, but recovery is most important.

Pure mortals just don’t get it?

I don't have any weights (beyond a few fractional plates, oh and some captains of crush) and I don't know anyone who does. In the UK having a basement or space for a home gym is unusual, unless you live in the countryside or are super-rich

Time to read Paul Wade's "Convict Conditioning" made an initial start on it, looks like I'll have to accelerate my reading to where I can start his program

I would think buying beer to drink at home to practice social distancing would count as a HSA expense.

As an aside my favorite local brewery just sent out a message that they’re closing down the taproom and the taproom is where they make 95% their sales. Just bought $200 worth of beer that I’ll pick up tomorrow to support them.

Support your local breweries by purchasing beer to go if available. Drink local.
