Can I replace the conventional deadlift with the Jefferson deadlift?
The reason behind that is, that I have uneven hips and doing the Jefferson deadlift would fix it (realign the hips).
Please help!

But it’s not gonna fix uneven hips. That’s why iam asking if I can replace the conventional dl with the Jefferson and not any other deadlift variation. The Jefferson is gonna help ALOT as you can imagine for people with uneven hips because it pulls the hip hike into the correct position because you have one foot in the front. The Romanian deadlift is only good for anterior pelvic tilt, because it strengthens the glutes and hamstrings but I have uneven hips not apt.
I need Davis (the creator of the program) to answer this if I can do it or someone else with good knowledge about programming.

Yeah, I do have a good knowledge of programming and anatomy and can tell you that Jefferson squats are a waste of time for “uneven” hips. How do you know that is your problem? Have you been to an ortho?
If so, what is the cause of your anterior pelvic tilt? Scoliosis? Tight muscles? Leg length discrepancy?
Lastly, there is a reason the Jefferson squat is a niche, almost pointless and practically forgotten exercise: it doesn’t do anything particularly well.
If you feel you need single leg work, or one foot in front of the other, stick to lunges, split squats or step-ups. Do them in place of squats, and for the posterior replace RDLs with Superman’s.Last edited by BeginnerGainz; 06-06-2020 at 02:30 PM.

Can you? Yes.
Should you? No.
Learn the RDL and how to hip hinge properly.
You don't need to realign the hips, you need to aquire the proper motor patterns of the lifts which requires focused practice and patience and not replacing them with more difficult variations that will likely make it harder5 day full body crew

Guys, listen. I watched a video of AlphaDestiny and he himself had uneven hips and doing Jefferson pulls fixed it. Go watch it yourself and you will see. And YES I know for a fact that I have uneven hips. It’s no other condition, it’s UNEVEN HIPS, one hip is higher then the other.
I just need to know how to implement the exercise into the program since it wasn’t created by me.

This is no self diagnose, I asked my friends and my brother if they can notice it and they can. I know for a fact it’s gonna work but again for the fifth time, I don’t know how to implement it into the program. This is the only reason I created this thread and an account for this forum. I need an answer on how to implement it into the program and not if it’s gonna work or other ****.

What are you talking about? I created this account just to create this thread and find a Solution on, I repeat for the 7th time, „how to implement Jefferson pulls into the program?“. I don’t have to see a f***ing ortho or PT if the problem is this apparent & obvious. There is no point in arguing with you, If you don’t want to provide an solution or don’t have one, don’t bother replying.
God damn, Is everyone like this on this forum?

Putting aside whether Jefferson DLs will fix your supposedly uneven hips because one person on the Internet said so, and whether you should see a doctor to diagnose your issue and offer remedies rather than your friends, brothers and the Internet dude...
If your purpose of doing them is simply to fix your hips and not for bodybuilding or strength purposes, then you don't need the F5 creator or anyone else to answer your Q. Jefferson DLs don't fit into the program's purpose, so if you feel it's necessary - add them whereever you see fit or replace whatever DL variation you're currently doing.
If you're doing them in only one stance to try to fix your hips, you're going to build muscle in an unbalanced way anyway. But so be it.
