I signed up for an "Open Biome" bank down the street from me where they literally pay me $40 for taking a chit there, every single time (100% srs). I need to pay off some credit cards so ideally I want to be regular enough where I can go once in the evening, once at night, every day. Any tips for this? I ordered a Psyllium husk supplement and I was thinking of buying a bunch of high-fiber cereal in bulk, trying to decide between Kashi go-lean and Fiber One. Also dialing up water consumption. Any other tips? Is upping fiber consumption the only thing to keep in mind?

A little mineral oil should do it; we pranked a guy at work by putting some (too much) in his soda when he wasn't looking. Poor toilet was punished for hours.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
