Just came across this thread! I have tried some Xtend during a WO recently and really enjoyed the results. I felt refreshed, and it gave me a much needed boost on leg day. I was able to finish really strong. I tried the fruit punch flavor and it was one of my favorite punch flavors in any supp I have tried. Thanks for a great product. I haven't tried any other Scivation, but would love to in the future!

Going to try for a new bench press 1RM tonight. Last time I tested a 1RM was March 24th, and it was a grinder at 255lbs. Then tomorrow and Saturday I'll be finishing up Week 2 of Smolov Jr. for bench.

Heavy legs (quad focused) for me. I train legs once per week. Once with heavy squats (quad focused) and once with heavy deadlifts (hamstring glue focused).Originally Posted by sm1ke

Haven't gone for a PR in forever, probably about the same time as you. Been cutting since April 1st so some days 225lbs feels like a ton. Managed a very difficult 265lbs last time I did it at 180bw. I'm now 164lbs and hoping I can work back up to 265lbs pretty quickly once I stop cutting in a few more weeks.Originally Posted by sm1ke
