Let's see what every is rocking, and how often. Here's mine:
Ketchup - every day
Sriracha - 1-2 times a week
Yai's Thai Almond Sauce - 1-2 times a week. (YOU NEED THIS)
Mustard - 2-3 times a week
Sweet Chili Sauce - once a week maybe
Coconut Aminos - 1-2 times a week
I also dabble in random hot sauces from time to time, but those are my usuals.

1.) Sriracha (sometimes I go through a bottle every couple of weeks)
2.) Mrs. Renfro's ghost chili salsa (pair this with Greek yogurt and it's delicious; overuse at your own discretion because you will feel it the whole way through)
3.) Mayonnaise (a couple tablespoons mixed in to rice and egg whites or something else is a nice base if you add something else for flavor)
4.) Tard-er sauce with something like catfish
5.) Runny egg yolksBench: 345
Squat: 405

I have to avoid garlic sauces so I'm pretty limited on options but:
Ketchup - errrr' day
Sambal Oelek chili paste - almost everyday. This stuff is bomb if you haven't tried it
Then standard hot sauces: Tapatio, Cholula, Crystal, Valentina, Ricante's Pina Dulce - It's like a sweet mild spice, highly recommend
Braggs Amino's - 2-3x a week?
Love Franks Red Hot but gives it me severe heartburn

I once had Frank's Red Hot with raw oysters and V8 for breakfast. It gave me diphtheria.

Think it depends on how thicc it is made:
Tzatziki, cacık (Greek: Τζατζίκι; Turkish pronunciation: [dʒaˈdʒɯk]), or tarator is a dip, soup, or sauce found in the cuisines of Southeast Europe and the Middle East.
Yeah love that stuff at gyro shops and chains like Luna Grill, i ‘ll ask for a couple extra and go through it all no problem2 time survivor of The Great Misc Outages of 2022

Sure, but what really differentiates a sauce from a spread? I also use very runny homemade hummus for some things. I've also had hummus soup on several occasions. Why isn't hummus a sauce? Is mayo a sauce? Wb tarder sauce? That seems like a spread to me.
I might be tarded or something, but I actually don't know if I even know the difference between a sauce and a spread.Last edited by Strawng; 11-21-2021 at 07:24 PM.
