    Haha... yes it's quite an "asian" diet. I am eating out about half of my meals. It's been a slow journey looking back 1 year - lost approx 9-10kg but my friends have all commented that i look much leaner and more muscular so i'm quiet happy. Been rockclimbing and gyming 4-5 days per week

    I bet you've added a lot of muscle and strength through rock climbing. Everyone I've met that does it has great back muscles. I want to try bouldering out once I get to a lighter weight and can lift my body better.

    10kgs is a good amount of weight to lose. Keep pushing!

    Man i've had a rough time. Strict lockdowns. Gyms closed. Lost motivation past 3-4 weeks. Ordered some outdoor climbing and gym equipment so will restart soon. Going to limit my milk coffee intake to maximum 1 per day.

    3 months later lockdown has finally finished and now i'm back in the climbing gym and back to trying to eat healthier. I have gained some fat especially in the tummy area so it's going to take a fair bit of work to get back to where i was.
