Unhappy New and ready to change my life

Hi guys newb here. Im 24. 5"7 and weigh 216 Lbs. I have been chunky (fat basically) all my life and never even been in a gym. I was going thru some old pics and realized how obese i am. I have no experience or even know how to count calories, or track my eating. I want to work out so i can develop muscle and not just do cardio. Can anyone show me in the right direction? HOW CAN I POST A PIC?

You should add an avi. Also, don't think you can post pics until you reach a certain amount of posts but you can upload and post a link.

Here you go...the right direction (ignore the "over 35" part):

The best motivation is pain, when I was 15 my weight was 105 kg (231 Lbs) and I was 170 cm. The last time someone called me fat I told that person to **** off, 2 years later when I met that person again I had dropped 40 kg and they were actually more fat than me .

Being in pain will make sure you find the right direction, if you find reasons that are strong enough you'll lose weight eventually one way or another.
