    Macros and Fat Question

    When counting macros, how important is your fat intake?? I seem to have no problem hitting it for my carbs and my protein, but I always seem to fall a little short on the fat totals..

    Just curious how much that may impact me if I continue to fall short of it. Thanks!

    BRB about to take a full jar of PB to the face.. Still 35g fat short for the day.

    Yeah I am.. my next round at the grocery store though I'm gunna start picking up like 2% milk and stuff. I think that's the major problem is the lowfat stuff
